Support

The Fanland app is in development and has not been released yet, so there is nothing to troubleshoot on a device. Until then, one inbox covers everything — support, privacy requests, press and partnerships.

Response times

We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a few business days. Arabic and English are both fine.

When the app launches

In-app support, a help centre and an account deletion route will live on this site once Fanland is released.
